With over twenty-five years of business experience, Mary has led the Dress for Success Palm Beaches affiliate since 2016. She was a financial industry executive before moving into the nonprofit sector. Her recent positions include Executive Director for the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Director of Student Services for Keiser University. Throughout her career, Mary’s focus has been one of building relationships that are characterized by mutual respect and treating all persons with dignity.
Bringing decades of experience from both the business and nonprofit sectors, Pat leads our community of dedicated volunteers. As a volunteer herself, she understands the vital role they play in a nonprofit’s success. Pat served with the American Red Cross for many years as an instructor and disaster services specialist, assisting displaced families during Hurricane Katrina and the September 11 attack. Pat also owns her own skin care and cosmetics business.
Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Bianca has volunteered with Dress for Success Palm Beaches since 2011. A graduate of the University of South Florida, she received a bachelor’s degree in economics. During her college years, she served on the executive board of her fraternity as the VP of Foundation and discovered a renewed passion for engaging in her local community. She worked in IT sales and solutions before joining the Dress for Success team.
Pam is a fifteen-year marketing veteran and oversees marketing, advertising, and community relations for St. Mary’s Medical Center/Palm Beach Children’s Hospital. Prior to becoming president of our Board, she led our Young Executives for Success (YES!) networking group. Pam is a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Palm Beach County.
Susan is a Senior Wealth Manager, Fiduciary Specialist for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. She has over twenty years of fiduciary experience including vice president and trust officer for J.P. Morgan Chase. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Northwood University, summa cum laude.
Felicia is CFO for Pinnacle Hotel Management. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she made her way up through leadership at Marriott International. Felicia received a bachelor of science in business administration from Elmhurst College and a master of accounting from Nova Southeastern.
For over 20 years, Lana has used her degree in Broadcast Journalism to host, write, produce and direct commercials and training videos for the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County. Since 2014, she has also been a Legislative Liaison for the SWA. Additionally, Lana owns a consulting/video production company. Lana is passionate about serving others, and has done so in various capacities since 1990.
Owner and director of Visiting Angels of SE Florida, Lori is both an accomplished business professional and a leading developer of the legal and regulatory structure for Florida’s nursing registry. She is President of the Private Care Association of Florida and graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in business administration and finance.
Shaundelyn is Program Performance Lead for Procurement and Capacity Building for the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County. She received a bachelor of science in health care management from Florida A&M and a master’s in health law from Nova Southeastern. She is a Leadership Palm Beach County 2021 graduate.
Lori is a human resources consultant and former owner of the Everett Group, a marketing research firm that supported the U.S. Air Force and NASA. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and graduated from SUNY Oneonta with her bachelor’s degree and earned a master’s degree in student personnel services from Rowan University.
Caressa is President and CEO of Manhattan Trophy & Promotion and chairs the YES! networking group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and specializes in strategic marketing and events. She graduated from Florida International University with a degree in public relations and marketing.
A native of Palm Beach County, Nicole studied journalism at the University of Florida and began her career as a reporter for the Palm Beach Post. She later moved into public relations, working in NYC and then Atlanta to lead the Home Depot business for MSLGroup. In 2017 she returned to her hometown and the public relations agency, Sharp Think.
Bernadette grew up in Boca Raton and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Since 1981 she has worked at WPTV in numerous capacities including program director. Here community involvement extends far into the community, serving on multiple boards across Palm Beach County.
A public relations practioner for four decades, Esther’s career began in NYC after graduating with a master’s degree from Boston University. She later partnered with others to form VP+C, an integrated marketing and communications agency. Esther heads our public relations committee in addition to spending time at our boutique managing clothing donations.
Bridjette serves as Vice President of Sales for PulteGroup of SE Florida. She attended Northern Arizona University on a full-ride basketball scholarship and had a television news career before moving into sales. Bridjette is a lifelong volunteer, learning the value of serving her community while marching with her mom for farmworker rights.
Erika is a credit marketing manager with Office Depot and CFIA Certified in FCRA for Data Users. She is also president of the Office Depot Women of Color Associate Resource Group. Erika is a graduate of Strayer University in Richmond and holds a bachelor of science in business administration.
Faith is a journalism graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. As a lifelong volunteer, Faith helps others find a sense of “community.” She also serves as a member on our annual fundraising luncheon committee.
Diane Wilde opened the Dress for Success Palm Beaches affiliate in April of 2010. She spearheaded the growth and expansion of the organization from assisting seventy-nine clients during the first year to over five hundred in 2015.
