Dress for Success Palm Beaches is part of a worldwide movement for change that seeks to provide long-lasting solutions to help women break the cycle of poverty. Join our efforts to help women affected by the COVID-19 pandemic regain economic stability and financial independence.

Our empowerment programs are led by professional facilitators whose primary objective is to help our clients succeed. The next program will begin June 18th, 2024 – registration is open now. Click HERE to register.
Our Professional Women’s Group (PWG) supports graduates of our job readiness and suiting programs with ongoing career development and employment retention.
Awards and Nominations
Dress for Success Palm Beaches was awarded Nonprofit of the Year – Small Nonprofit at the Hats Off Nonprofits Awards hosted by Nonprofits First in 2021.
Our Executive Director, Joe Ann Fletcher, received the 2024 Giraffe Award for Women’s Advocacy in recognition of her exceptional dedication to advocating for women in our community.
